Be respectful:

– Avoid excessive posting or unsolicited advertisements. Self-promotion should be limited to designated channels.
Keep discussions on-topic:
– Stay relevant to the channel or topic you are participating in. Avoid derailing conversations or excessively discussing unrelated subjects.
Use appropriate language and content:
– Refrain from using offensive, explicit, or NSFW (Not Safe for Work) language or content. This includes images, videos, links, or any other form of media shared within the server.
No trolling or disruptive behavior:
– Avoid intentionally provoking or harassing others.
– Do not engage in disruptive actions that may hinder the server’s functionality or disrupt the experience of other members.
Respect privacy and confidentiality:
– Do not share personal information about others without their consent.
– Avoid sharing private conversations or screenshots outside of the server.
Follow Discord’s Terms of Service:
– Ensure that all activities within the server comply with Discord’s guidelines and policies.
– This includes refraining from engaging in any illegal activities or encouraging others to do so.
Report any issues or concerns:
– If you encounter any violations of the server rules or witness inappropriate behavior, report it to the server moderators or administrators promptly.
– Use the designated channels or direct messages to address concerns privately.

Do not promote other servers.
By agreeing to the community rules, you acknowledge that all donations are voluntary and non-refundable. If you are banned or otherwise penalized for violating any community rules, including those agreed upon when first joining or those listed in the #╽discord-rules channel and the #💰╽donation-store, no compensation or refund will be provided. All donations are final.

General Rules
Group Size Limit: Maximum of 8 players per group.
Alliances: Alliances are allowed but cycling players between/in and out of groups is prohibited.
Accusations: Do not accuse players of cheating in chat or Discord. Use the player report system for suspected cheating.
Anyone caught using Nvidia Inspector will be banned.
General Info
Server Wipe: Every 60 days unless a major update or community vote requires it. (45 day Wipe is temp, will be moving back to 60 day)
Server Restart: Every 4 hours.
Character Name:
Change your in-game name from “Survivor” to something unique.
Zones
PvP Zones are marked with red
Safe Zones with green.
Prohibited Activities:
No stream sniping, hacking, exploiting, or meta-gaming.
No logging out in another player’s base or after opening Key Card rooms.
No moonwalking, ice sliding, or similar exploits.
No loot cycling.
No trolling or mocking with in-game name changes.
No impersonating others or adopting offensive names.
PvP Rules:
Do not attack from outside PvP zones, including during Heli Crashes.
No raiding, breaking into, or glitching through other players’ bases.
Do not announce another player’s location at all (This is Meta Gaming).
PvP Zone Behavior:
No zone turtling (manipulating PvE/PvP boundaries) (watch from outside zone and then go into zone when players are spotted.)
No using scopes, binoculars, or vehicles to monitor PvP activity from a PvE zone while you have teammates in the PVP Zone.
No zone luring or manipulating combat through zone boundaries.
Do not log out in PvP zones to avoid combat (This is Combat Logging).
Combat Logging
Log Out Timing: Wait 10 minutes after combat before logging out.
Item Deletion: Any items acquired during combat will be deleted if you log out within 10 minutes.
Safe Zone Rules
Vehicle Theft: Unauthorized vehicle theft in Safe Zones will result in disciplinary action.
Hot Mic/Noise/No Megaphones: No hot mics or loud music in Safe Zones.
Vehicle Storage: Vehicles left in Safe Zones for more than 8 hours will be deleted.
PvE Rules
Vehicle Interaction: Read Vehicle Rules!!!
Vehicle Theft: Unauthorized vehicle theft in ALL Zones will result in disciplinary action.
Theft: No stealing from bases, body bags, or vehicles in PvE/Safe Zones.
No taking items off the ground that a player is currently interacting with. It is only considered ground loot after the player walked away.
Ground Loot: Loot on the ground in PvE areas (excluding the marked Safe Zones) is fair game
including:
o Vehicle keys
o Buried stashes
o All unsecured items
–This does not include unsecured bases or vehicles!!
Care Package Looting Rules
Players are not allowed to loot or interact with care packages while they are still falling from the sky.
o This includes using vehicles, helicopters, ladders, or glitching mechanics to reach the crate before it has fully landed.
Ground Contact Required
o A care package is only considered fair game after it has fully touched the ground.
Any player caught looting a care package before it has reached the ground will face serious consequences.
Video or screenshot evidence can be submitted via the ticket system for enforcement.
Base Building Rules
Base Limit: One base per group.
Your flag must be raised at all times.
Flag will fully despawn in 7 days if not raised. Bases will start despawning about 2hrs after flag despawns.
Unprotected bases are subject to deletion without warning.
No compounds.
No building around or on Heli Crashes, Camp Sites, trains. police events, convos, police stations, hospitals or any other events.
Building Near PvP Zones:
No building within 400 meters of any PvP zone.
The distance is from the outer circle NOT the middle of the PvP zone.
Raiding Rules
No Raiding: No raiding unless it’s Purge week before wipes.
Flag Rules: If a base has a flag and is open, leave it alone. If there is no flag, you may loot the base.
Building Restrictions:
No building in no-build zones, across roads, or near KOTH/CP drops.
Water bases are allowed as long as they don’t obstruct waterways.
Underground components must stay within the flag protection radius.
Flag protection radius is 50 meters.
Groups are restricted to 80 units to built with.
Each group Flag has a item restriction list that is visible. (it is the responsibility of each team to pay attention to what is being built and how it is being counted by the flag.)
Bases must have a valid access point. Doors/gates must be raidable from the ground during purge week.
You are allowed 3 doors per square—no door stacking, and no windows between doors.
Do not create crawl spaces, hurdles, drops, ladders, or narrow corridors where a player cannot raise their weapon or where it glitches players.
You are allowed quick access points with windows that are code locked, but you cannot use these as only access into base.
You must have a main door run to your rooms that can be raided. (Code locks on windows don’t count toward door code lock count).
Vanilla Structures:
You may claim a single vanilla structure but cannot claim adjoining major buildings.
When building out of a vanilla structure, you may expand two walls higher and two walls wider from the edge of the building.
You cannot claim two adjoining major buildings as your base.
When building on top of a structure, you may block off bottom access points like windows and extra access points. However, there must be a ground radiable entrance.
When building around vanilla ladders inside structures, leave space to allow players a chance to defend themselves. Avoid placing peeks/windows facing ladders.
Structure Rules:
Ensure a radiable ground-level entrance and limit door stacking.
Code-locked windows are allowed but must not be the only access point.
Quick access points should not create exploitative or inaccessible spaces.
Flag Requirements: Your flag must remain raised at all times. The flag lifetime is 7 days, if a flag is not present the entire base will start to despawn within 4 hours.
Property Security & Compensation
– Security: Ensure your base and vehicles are locked to prevent theft. Failure to do so means no compensation.
– Compensation Requests: Check Compensation Poilcy!!
– Submitting tickets without evidence will delay resolution of the issues.

– Safe Zones: These are marked by green circles and lines and are also no-build zones.

– Do not park your vehicle in a Safe Zone with the intention of engaging in nearby PvP. Violators will have their vehicle deleted.
Base Building Rules

Raid Rules
Raiding Availability:
– Raiding is weekend only. schedule is set. Starting Fridays at 4pm Est, till Sunday at 4pm Est.
Raid Duration:
– Once a charge is placed or a building part is dismantled, the raiders have 4 hours to complete the raid. After this time, the raid must be abandoned.
Revisiting Raided Bases:
– You cannot raid the same base in the same weekend raid cycle. During this time, no camping, distant engagement, but attempts to recover vehicles are allowed.
Allowed Activities:
– You may raid a base from any direction (top down, bottom up, etc.) as long as there is a door, hatch, or gate.
– Ladders may be used for access or navigation inside or outside the base.
– You may dismantle walls, windows, floors, roofs, etc., to bypass doors.
– Placing sleeping bags inside raided bases is allowed to facilitate re-entry.
– Explosives may only be planted on doors, hatches, garage doors, or gates.
Prohibited Activities:
– No glitching into bases.
– Griefing (e.g., dismantling structures unnecessarily) is prohibited.
– Defenders may not rebuild or dismantle structures during a raid to gain an advantage.
– Self-destruction of gear or vehicles to prevent raiders from taking them is not allowed.
– Do not raid just to steal parts from vehicles, ruin vehicles, or dismantle structures.
– Shooting vehicles to destroy them, causing issues for other players, is prohibited.
– Do not dump raid loot to make it despawn.
These rules aim to create a balanced and enjoyable experience for everyone. Violations will result in disciplinary action as per the server’s enforcement system.

PVP Vehicle Rules
Vehicle Usage:
– Vehicles are used at your own risk.
– If a vehicle is lost or disappears, please read the Compensation Policy before submitting a compensation ticket.
Vehicle Theft:
– Vehicles can be lockpicked and stolen, provided it is not done within a Safe Zone.
Vehicle Limit:
– Groups are allowed a maximum of 2 unparked vehicles at any time. (This does not include vehicles stored in garages.) If more than 2 vehicles are left on the map they may be deleted.
PVP Zone Vehicle Rules
Vehicle Theft:
– Vehicles can be lockpicked and stolen within all PVP Zones.
– Vehicles can be stolen if left unlocked in all PVP Zones.
🚫 Death Rules When You Have a Player’s Key After a Kill 🚫
– If you eliminate another player and find a key on their body, you are permitted to take it. If you then locate their vehicle, you may claim it as well. This serves as a reward system for engagements in a PvP environment. Even if a vehicle is left in PVE Zone. (To safeguard your own vehicle, consider burying the key away from the vehicle and marking its location on your map. Please note that buried items remain for 5 hours before despawning)
PVE Zones Vehicle Rules
Vehicle Theft
Vehicles can only be lockpicked and stolen in PvP Zones.
Damaging vehicles in PvE Zones is prohibited.
Vehicles cannot be taken even if unlocked in PVE Zones.
If you encounter a vehicle in a PvE Zone that does not belong to you, do not interact with it unless you have the owner’s permission or a key obtained legally.
Including:
o Vehicle keys that were copied before the PVP loss.
o Buried Keys found by players
o Vehicle keys left on the ground by players (outside of the marked Safe Zones)
Special Notes
Without assigning a key, we will be unable to assist you if the vehicle is lost or stolen.
If you obtain a vehicle through PVP or by Purchasing it. It is Your responsibility to Pair a new key to prevent other players from taking the vehicle. (In the event a player fails to pair a new key to a vehicle, and it is taken, no comp will be given)
o To change the key paired with any vehicle: you can open the door of the vehicle and click and hold with the old key to unpair it. After that, pair a new key.
Property Security & Compensation
– Security: Ensure your base and vehicles are locked to prevent theft. Failure to do so means no compensation.
– Compensation Requests: See Compensation Policy!!

Purpose
This policy outlines the procedures and requirements for requesting compensation for in-game item or vehicle losses caused by server-related issues, game bugs, or other legitimate circumstances. It ensures fair and consistent handling of compensation requests while preventing misuse or exploitation of the system.
General Guidelines
Evidence Requirements
All compensation claims must be supported by clear evidence, such as screenshots or videos.
Evidence must clearly display the issue and include timestamps whenever possible.
Submissions lacking sufficient evidence may be denied or removed.
Submitting a Request
Compensation requests must be submitted through the designated ticketing system.
Incomplete or improperly filled-out tickets will be denied.
Prohibited Actions
Submitting fraudulent claims or fabricating scenarios will result in disciplinary action, including potential bans.
Non-Compensable Situations
Reputation points will not be compensated under any circumstances.
Vehicle Compensation Policy
Approved Situations
Compensation will be considered for the following cases:
Vehicle Stolen from a Safe Zone – Proof must demonstrate that the theft occurred within a designated safe zone and was not obtained legally. Note: If the vehicle was left unlocked, the claim will be denied, as it is the player’s responsibility to secure their property.
Vehicle Destroyed Illegally by Another Player – Clear evidence of the illegal action must be provided.
Bugged Vehicle Doors or Inventory – Proof of the issue is required.
Vehicle Lost Due to a Cheater – Evidence identifying cheating behavior must be submitted.
Vehicle Lost During a Server Crash – Proof confirming the vehicle’s existence prior to the crash is required.
Glitched or Flying Vehicles – Players must attempt to resolve the issue by trying to relog followed by using Vehicle recovery action AND Vehicle Recovery Cone **before submitting a claim. If unsuccessful, evidence of the glitch must be provided.
Denied Situations
Compensation will not be granted for:
Vehicles that have flipped or become stuck (players must use Vehicle Recovery or Vehicle Recovery cone ).
Vehicles parked on uneven terrain or pre-built structures.
Legitimate thefts or raids occurring during purge weeks or on full PvP servers.
Destroyed engines or water-damaged vehicles.
Vehicles lost due to client-side crashes (not related to server issues).
Item Compensation Policy
Approved Situations
Compensation will be considered for:
Items Stolen from a Safe Zone and PVE zone – Evidence proving theft in the safe zone is required.
Missing Items from Trader Transactions – Proof of the transaction must be submitted.
Missing Items from Daily Rewards – Proof of the transaction is required.
Killed by a Cheater – Evidence confirming cheating behavior must be provided.
Lost Items During a Server Crash – Clear proof of the items’ existence prior to the crash is necessary.
Denied Situations
Compensation will not be granted for:
Items lost during raids or PvP combat.
Items lost in PvE unless a standing rule has been broken by the theft.
Items falling into or getting stuck in walls, floors, or other inaccessible areas.
Items lost during scheduled server restarts or mod updates.
Loss of items or base assets due to disciplinary actions (e.g., bans).
Items or bases lost due to illegal building.
Unsecured Property in Safe Zones – If items are taken from an unlocked vehicle or an insecure base, the claim will be denied. Players are responsible for securing their property AT ALL TIMES.

Players who are temporarily or permanently banned from any of our servers are not eligible for compensation under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:
Lost or missing items
Vehicles
Base-related assets
Any other in-game property
Additional Guidelines & Recommendations
Players are encouraged to use recording software (e.g., Medal.tv, SteelSeries Moments) to document gameplay.
Claims should be submitted as soon as possible, ideally within one hour of the loss or upon first noticing it.
Complete and accurate evidence will result in faster claim processing.
Important Notes
Response Time – Please allow up to 48 hours for the administrative team to review and process your request.
Fraudulent Claims – Attempts to falsify evidence or exploit the compensation system will result in penalties, including potential bans.
Admin Discretion – All final decisions rest with the admin team. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.
Vehicle Theft from PVE Zones, Bases, and Safe Zones – Players are responsible for securing their property at all times. If a property is secure, evidence must be provided. Claims without evidence will be denied.
Policy Enforcement
Failure to adhere to these guidelines will result in the denial of compensation requests and may lead to further disciplinary action for policy violations.
