All donations, contributions, and purchases made to or through Blood, Guts, and Glory LLC are considered voluntary and non-refundable. By participating in the community and accepting the rules outlined on our platforms, including the Discord server and official website, you expressly acknowledge that your contribution is made willingly and without expectation of reimbursement, compensation, or refund.
Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Account suspension, bans, or penalties resulting from violations of community rules.
Disagreements with administrative decisions.
Changes to server content, features, or functionality.
All contributions are final.
Additionally, all digital assets, including but not limited to game modifications (mods), skins, textures, branding, and server configurations created, commissioned, or owned by Blood, Guts, and Glory LLC are the exclusive intellectual property of Blood, Guts, and Glory LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, redistribution, or modification of these assets without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Reskinned items provided within our servers are accessible to all players. Purchasing a reskinned item does not confer exclusivity or proprietary rights to any individual player. These items remain part of the shared environment, available for use by the broader community.
How to Proceed
Kindly open a purchase ticket in Discord prior to or following your donation for the items you wish to acquire or have acquired. Please be sure to include a copy of your transaction number in the ticket for your purchase. This helps us ensure accurate tracking and processing of your request – All products will be provided in game within 7-14 Business Days
